The College of Humanities at University Of Zakho is hosting a seminar led by Dr. Johanna Mamali Panagiotou who is associated with several prestigious institutions, including the American Institute Munich, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and Panteion University of Athens. She is a renowned Greek scholar specializing in Kurdish feminist history and human rights, particularly focusing on the role of women in Kurdish society.

 

The seminar titled "Kurdish Feminist Movement Inspires Western Societies" will delve into the influence of the Kurdish feminist movement on Western societies, offering insights into this significant social and academic topic.

 

The distinguished professor, Dr. Johanna Mamali Panagiotou, who specializes in history and has conducted numerous academic studies on Kurdish society, especially focusing on women’s contributions, will deliver a seminar.
